Carina villa in mezzo alla natura con vista aperta sul mare.
La Villa Boubouki à la più piccola delle nostre ville. E’ ideale per le famiglie o a chi piace stare in un posto tranquillo e riposante, con una vista panoramica sul mare. Questa carina casa è locata in un bel giardino colorato dove le farfalle civettano con i fiori . In quel bel posto, mentre gli olivi, si nasconde il nostro gioiello, aspettandoVi per scoprirlo. Direttamente sopra il mare con un eccezionnale panorama sulle vicine isole di Meganissi, Cefalonia e Itaca, la villa è situata solo a 400m di una baia con una magnifica spiaggia di ciottoli, accessibile da un breve camino ripido. Il fascino della villa e la magia del luogo ne fanno un posto ideale per trascorrerci vacanze meravigliose. Il delicato profumo del gelsemino Vi invita al rilassamento e alla meditazione; bougainville, geranio,... offrono una punta di colori all’acqua blù scuro del mare Ionio. Si puo’ anche prendere un bagno rinfrescante nell’acqua turchese della piscina prime di fare un sonnellino nell’amaca, cullato dal canto delle cichale.

Pergola con amaca, sdrai, piscina a sfioro (8m x 4m) con doccia solare circondata dalla natura, griglia e angolo pranzo costituiscono gli arredamenti esterni.

Piccola casa molto comoda da affittare per le vacanze, climatizzazione, isolazione rinforzata e concezione bioclimatica. E’ stata arredata con molto fascino.
Accesso
La villa Boubouki è situata a 2,5 km di Sivota sull’isola di Lefkada, con una splendida vista sul mare Ionio e le sue isole.
Notate che l’ultimo chilometro par arrivare alla villa è una strada senza asfalto

Même de votre lit vous voyez la mer sans vous lever.
Villa très confortable pour une famille.
Même pendant le mois d'avril c'est top, les tavernes du port ont commencé à ouvrir.

The house is beautiful and equipped with everything important. The outdoor area is magnificent and the view is a dream.
But the best of all is the incredible care of Barbara and Aris. Whatever you need they are always there to help you. These two make the stay truly unique. Once again thank you for your support and all the best.

Enjoy the little (almost) private beach & Sivota which is a lovely village/harbour with a small number of excellent restaurants and shops.
Car is pretty essential. Just be aware of the gravel/rocky road leading to the villa when choosing which car to hire.

The only slight negative is the road leading to the villa. It’s a rocky gravel track which our hire car (a Corsa) had to be driven very slowly over for fear of damaging it. Barbara did mention that there are plans to tarmac the road before summer 2023.
Would definitely recommend.

Un bon accueil à l’agence et surtout Barbara sur place, qui est efficace, disponible en cas de souci; tres sympathique, elle nous a donne plein d’infos utiles!

Tout est tres propre de la maison à la piscine
La vue des différentes pieces et de la piscine est magnifique
La maison etant au bout d’une route non goudronnée, cela ne ravit pas forcement les pneus mais renforce le sentiment de paix et de plaisir pour les occupants !
On a bien aime la petite crique paradisiaque à 10 minutes et le port de syvota 40 min à pied ou 5 min en voiture

Amazing place with incredible views! The villa is wonderful and comfortable, we felt like home, the moment we entered! The beach hidden under the hill, a beautiful diamond just a few meters away, and the isolation offered by the dirt road gave us the peace we needed. The people who took care of us, all amazing and hospitable! From the reservation to the departure, stood next to us to serve and take care of us! Thank you Anna for everything and Barbara for the warm welcome! Don't hesitate for a minute ... you will love it!

It's fair to say that the track to the villa is challenging for a regular hire car and also the route down to the beach is steep and in places a little rough but well worth the effort.

From the moment we enquired, communication with the Thalasssa team was swift and reassuring. The villa was extremely well-equipped with attention to detail and some lovely unexpected touches. The location is stunning, with breathtaking views of the surrounding islands, the light constantly changing during the day. We especially loved watching sunrise and the tranquility of the early morning .
In these uncertain times especially, these villas, tucked into a secluded corner of Lefkada, provide a peaceful refuge embracing sun and sea.....thankyou.

The view, the house , pool
It’s not about property it’s about area, is full with ants ( a lot ) .

On the villa itself.
Outdoor:
The view is amazing, The pool is very nice. Too many mosquitos.
Indoor:
Very old and needs urgent renew.
2nd floor for the kids was very nice!
The door to the master bedroom needs to be changed.
The door in the shower doesn't close.
There were ants all over the living room.
One of the light didn't work.
The WIFI was perfect!
There is a washing machine near the parking which probably serves few villas for the crew but the water from the washing machine is covering all the parking with soap...WTF.
Very nice welcome gifts (olive oil , etc...)
The way there: need an SUV...
Checkout time was 1030... very disappointing with the claim it needs 4 hours to clean for the next family.
Bottom line:
Nice but overpriced by far.
