ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ
Η ολοκαίνουργια Villa Atokos άνοιξε το καλοκαίρι του 2016.
Τέλεια ενσωματωμένη με το περιβάλλον γυρω της, ανάμεσα απο τις βίλλες Lefki και Arkoudi, η Villa Atokos είναι ένας υπέροχος τόπος διαμονής.
Δύο υπέροχα δέντρα ελιάς σας καλοσορίζουν στην είσοδο της βίλλας.
Θα λατρέψετε την υπέροχη θέα στην θάλασσα, που απλώνεται στα μαγευτικά Ιόνια Νησιά, απο το Μεγανήσι ώς την Ιθάκη.
Απο την κρεββατοκάμαρα σας μπορείτε να απολάυσετε την ανατολή του ηλίου όπου θα μαγευτείτε απο την παλέτα των χρωμάτων που θα γεμίσει την ματιά σας, δημιουργώντας εναν καταπληκτικό φυσικό πίνακα.
Η βίλλα βρίσκεται μόλις 600 μέτρα απο την παραλία που είναι προσβάσιμη απο ενα μικρό στενό μονοπάτι.
Οι ταβέρνες, τα μπαρ και τα μαγαζιά απέχουν μόνο 20 λεπτά με περπάτημα απο την βίλλα.
Το ειδιλλιακό περιβάλλον της βίλλας που δημιουργούν τα δέντρα και η πισίνα που στο τέλος της ενώνεται με τον ορίζοντα της θάλασσας, σου δημιουργούν την αίσθηση ενος μικρού παράδεισου.
Θέλαμε να δημιουργήσουμε το ιδανικό μερος για την καλοκαιρινή σας απόδραση ένω παράλληλα έχετε την αίσθηση ότι ειστε σπίτι σας.
ΕΞΩΤΕΡΙΚΟΙ ΧΩΡΟΙ
Μια υπέροχη πισίνα 9μ x 4μ με μια μοναδική θέα προς την θάλασσα δεσπόζει στον χώρο.
Μια μεγάλη πέτρινη βεράντα ενωνει το σπίτι με την πισίνα, το εξωτερικό ντους και τον εξωτερικό περιβάλλοντα χώρο.
Μπορείτε να παρετε τον απογευματινό υπνάκο σας κάτω απο την πέργκολα υπο την συνοδεία των τραγουδιών των τζιτζικιών και να απολάυσετε το καλοκαίρι κάνοντας barbeque παρτυ με τους φίλους σας.
ΙΣΟΓΕΙΟ
Καθιστικό (Δορυφορική τηλεόραση, internet WiFi -δωρεάν ασύρματη συνδεση στο ίντερνετ).
Πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με ξεχωριστή τραπεζαρία.
Δύο υπνοδωμάτια, το κάθε ένα με δικό μπάνιο (το ένα με μπανιέρα, το άλλο με ντους.) Το κάθε υπνοδωμάτιο έχει άμεση πρόσβαση στην βεράντα και προς την πισίνα.
ΕΠΙΠΕΔΟ ΚΗΠΟΥ
Ένα δωμάτιο με 3 μονά κρεββάτια διαστάσεων 90 x 200 με δικό τους μπάνιο με ντους.
Οι τουαλέτες είναι κοινές με το καθιστικό και την κρεββατοκάμαρα.
Laundry room : πλυντήριο, σίδερο και σιδερώστρα.
ΠΡΟΣΒΑΣΗ
Η Villa Atokos βρίσκεται μόλις 2,5 km απο το χωριό των Συβότων (Λευκάδα), και έχει την θέα προς την θάλασσα του Ιονίου και τ αμαγευτικά νησιά της.
Παρακαλώ εχετε υπόψιν σας ότι στο τελευταίο χιλιόμετρο της διαδρομής για να φτάσετε στην βίλλα, ο δρόμος δεν είναι ασφαλτοστρωμένος αλλά με χαλίκι.

Poor wifi, but that is the case in all Greece, I suppose. But if you don't have internet, you'll just pull yourself from the virtual and jump into the swimming pool, it's just under your nose! The access road is very bad, you don't need an offroad vehicle, but you'll need to drive very slowly for about 8-9 minutes. Once you're there, you'll forget the road and enjoy the place.

All in all, super thumbs up, great property, fantastic swimming pool and a view to die for.
We liked it so much that we spent most of the time at the Villa, and didn't go out that much. We would cook meals in the kitchen or bbq outside, eat in the shaded patio and then at night we would stare at an incredible starry sky and see who could catch most shooting stars.
Thank you so much for giving us a memorable time.

Die Straße wird angeblich nächstes Jahr asphaltiert.
Der Ort Sivota ist sehr nett mit vielen schönen Restaurants.
Die nahegelegene Bucht ist sehr idyllisch und lohnt sich, auch wenn der Weg dorthin mit ein klein wenig Klettern verbunden ist. Aber das ist gut machbar mit normalen Turnschuhen.
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Haus und in der Umgebung!!!

Two nice sleeping rooms with separate bathroom, the sleeping room in the basement is not nice, okay for kids, but not Thalassa standard.
All was very clean as we are used to Thalassa, very friendly personnel expecially Barbara made our stay really comfortable. All service around is excellent, technically everything worked fine in the villa.
From all villas I rent in the recent years from Thalassa Atokos is the only one I would not book again due to following reasons:
The living room is so small that you cannot really spend joyful time in. In case of bad weather however this is the only place you can stay, because in the garden there is no place you can stay. There is also very limited shadow places if the weather is fine. In my eyes there should be more canopies in front of the house.
Barabara helped us a lot in providing us three sun umbreallas after we asked for it.
Thalassa provides top service and beautiful villas since many years to us. This is the first time we are not 100% happy with the villa due to above mentioned reason.

The house was nicely located in a very quiet area with privacy and amazing view.
Fully equipped and there are shutters all over the house so the sleep was amazing.

Die Villa selbst lässt keine Wünsche offen. Vom Pool aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Über einen kleinen Weg gelangt man sogar zu Fuß in eine kleine Bucht. Nach Syvota (frische Croissants am Morgen oder diverse Restaurants am Abend) kommt man nur mit dem Auto in ca 7 Minuten.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gern wieder!

The only thing is that the "road" to the villa is an unpaved road.
We really liked the villa and Sivota and can recommend both.

Hopefully the road up to the villa can be improved over the winter as it is a bit rough right now in places and needs to be topped off with more gravel.
Overall this villa gets a full five stars and Anna, Katerina and Mema have all been exceptionally helpful throughout.

The villa itself (Villa Akotos) was beautifully clean and well appointed and had the most incredible views out to sea and to then neighbouring islandsoof Ithica and Akotos. The walk to Sivota Harbour with its range of tavernas, bakery and a couple of small supermarkets took about 35 - 40 minutes at a leisurely pace along a quiet road and was not difficult with no steep hills (to drive it takes 10 minutes).
I would recommend both Villas Thalassa and Villa Akotos highly.

Views from this home are spectacular and the pool makes looking out over the sea even more beautiful. The landscaping around the property is stunning. We admired the wide range of spectacular flowers and trees. I enjoyed taking lots of photographs of colorful blooms.
We were greeted by a friendly host who even made the trip from Lefkata to make sure we were happy with our stay as we departed. The home has contemporary and tasteful decor, without clutter. The home contained everything we needed for our comfortable stay and our host even had cold water waiting for us upon arrival. The beds are comfortable and extra blankets are provided if you should need them. The towels are soft and the home was extremely clean. The washing machine is small but it suited our needs very well. The Internet is a little slow but that was fine for us as we just needed to check in our our email once or twice a day. If you plan to do a lot of work online, you may need to go to the village where many cafes offer free connections. One suggestion I have is to incorporate some lamps into the living space so that lighting can be adjusted to a softer mood. The bright overhead lights are a bit too much for evening. We loved this home and left with many fond memories that will last a lifetime. Our hearts are still in Greece, even weeks after we have returned home thanks to the fond memories we shared here.

Encore plus beau en vrai, la villa est très chaleureuse très bien décorée. Super isolation phonique entre les chambres. Le lever du soleil de son lit, c’est magnifique(mais avec rideau électrique commandé du lit qui permet de gérer la luminosité).
La piscine face au salon (magique dans la journée pour la baignade et celle-ci ressort très bien la nuit avec sa couleur bleutée)
L’île de Lefkada à découvrir :(elle peut-être découverte par diffèrent moyens de transport) Quad, Mob ou par la mer en excursion. Nous avons adoré le quad, découverte d’une belle chapelle qui domine toute l’île.
Nous vous recommandons ce lieu magnifique.

I do believe that we were the very first guests but as promised the Villa was clean well equipped and ready for our occupation.
The infinity pool was amazing my Goddaughter just could not stay away from it as of course other family members did to, good size
kitchen, dishwasher and all the required amenities. Satellite TV with far to many Channels , good size lounge with the most perfect view, all bedrooms en suite.
Not to far from the main Town of Sivota we took advantage and rented quad bikes for our stay plus a jeep and spent many days exploring further afield. Jerome one of the managers was exceptional, he arranged the bikes and an amazing days cruising on a catamaran with lunch. And what ever we asked for was never to much trouble, Philippe the builder whom Mum called the Scarlet Pimpernel as he was always on hand if we needed anything was also an added bonus.
All in all I have to rate this Villa as 5 stars, so much so we are now considering buying our own n this magnificent paradise.
Most certainly will be back - Thank you everyone that made our vacation so pleasurable.
