Μεγάλη πολυτελής βίλα με πανέμορφη θέα και πολύ ευρύχωρο εξωτερικό χώρο
Η μεγαλύτερη από τις Creek's villas. Ιδανική για μεγάλες παρέες που τους αρέσει να περνούν τις διακοπές τους μακρυά από τη φασαρία και την κούραση της πόλης, σε ένα ήσυχο περιβάλλον. Μόλις μια βουτιά στα δροσερά νερά της πισίνας αντικρίζοντας τη μαγεία του φυσικού περιβάλλοντος είναι αρκετή για να σας κάνει να ξεχάσετε τις έγνοιες σας. Σε αυτό το χαλαρωτικό σκηνικό, βλέποντας μόνο το μπλε της θάλασσας και το πράσινο των δένδρων, η Villa Portokali φτιάχτηκε για να προσφέρει αξέχαστες αναμνήσεις.

Μεγάλη πέτρινη αυλή με όμορφο κήπο, καλοκαιρινό εξωτερικό καθιστικό με πολύ ωραία θέα στη θάλασσα και τα γύρω νησιά, 36 τετραγωνικά μέτρα πισίνα με υπερχείλιση και εξωτερικό ντους. Εξωτερική κουζίνα, BBQ και καλοκαιρινή τραπεζαρία και πέργκολα είναι κάποιες από τις εξωτερικές εγκαταστάσεις αυτής της όμορφης βίλας διακοπών.
Ισόγειο της βιλας
Καθιστικό με όμορφη θέα (δορυφορική τηλεόραση, DVD player, ασύρματη WiFi σύνδεση internet). Πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και τραπεζαρία. Δύο υπνοδωμάτια με queen size κρεβάτι, εσωτερικό πατάρι με μονά κρεβάτια και μπάνια με ντουσιέρες. Δύο υπνοδωμάτια με δύο μονά κρεβάτια και μπάνια με ντουσιέρες. Ένα έξτρα WC.
1ος όροφος της βίλας
Ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με queen size κρεβάτι, ένα μπάνιο με μπανιέρα και ντουζιέρα. Ιδιωτικό μπαλκόνι.
Υπόγειο της βίλας
Αποθήκη, πλυντήριο και βοηθητικό δωμάτιο σιδερώματος.
Πρόσβαση
Η βίλα βρίσκεται 2,5 χιλιόμετρα από το χωριό Σύβοτα, Λευκάδας με όμορφη θέα στο Ιόνιο Πέλαγος και τα νησιά της.
Παρακαλώ σημειώστε ότι το τελευταίο χιλιόμετρο πριν φτάσετε στην βίλα δεν είναι ασφαλτοστρωμένο.

The accommodation looks good in the pictures, but on the spot you see something else. There are no doors in the bathroom and this is very inconvenient. The water flows slowly (you can take a shower, in turn...each room). Sometimes, water comes out of the sewer in the bathroom. The air conditioning works poorly, in some rooms water is running on the walls. The property does not have a grill suitable for 12/14 people but one, electric for 2 people. The wifi internet is bad and can be used a little in the living room. The lights in the pool didn't work etc
Hope this review will make someone to take actions..

Η κουζίνα γεμάτη μυρμήγκια.

With 11 of us, there was plenty of space and everyone was very comfortable, whether by the pool or eating outside or inside. The teenagers all loved the huge sofa in the sitting room when it got too hot outside!
It’s worth knowing that the last mile or so of the drive to the villa is up a track, so a bumpy ride, but that’s what keeps it so private and those views!! The photos do not do it justice. We will miss Villa Portokali and are already making plans to return one day.

הבעיה עם המקום היתה שהוא מרוחק והגישה אליו היא עם דרך עפר, ושמוניות רגילות מסרבות לנסיעה הזו, זאת אמרת שחייבים רכב ועדיף ג׳יפ.
בנוסף היתה מכונת קפה אבל לא קפסולות, ועד עכשיו לא ברור לי איך מוציאים את הזבל...
סהכ החוויה טובה ומוצלחת.

I rated Good since the (approx. 1,5 km) road to get to the villa is for long stetches a gravel-road in bad conditions and requires to drive very slowly.

We also have loved the main room in which we took bathes looking at the sea by a huge panoramic window.
All the family could gather in a cozy living room or eat on the main terrace in front of a marvelous garden. We have enjoyed that a lot.
We appreciated also the nets on each window to avoid mosquitos!
All the house is very well purvey, all the stuff is high quality and well thought out with very good extra services to enjoy it even more.
To conclude, all the island is paradise on earth and this house is perfect to enjoy it.

The only things it would be useful to be aware of are that the wifi is very poor - messages took a couple of days to arrive, book download via kindle was not possible & emails were sporadic! Not a problem for us on this occasion but could be. More local information in the villa would be useful including how to find the little beach path nearby, & where to get cash.
For anyone planning to go, it is useful to book boats in advance of arrival & bring plenty of euros! Fabulous holiday. Thank you Anna & Jerome

The villa is located in a quiet beautiful surrounding.
The modern design as well as the high level of maintenance as well as the good cleaning performed prior to our arrival made our stay perfect.
The only disappointment we had is that the Jacuzzi water is not heated (freezing).

The island itself is really worth to see, not so many tourists at all with small nice villages, perfect food and awsome beaches with turquoise water !
The villa is modern but comfortable and there is everything you need to have and if not they tried to make it happen for us.
A perfect holiday in a perfect surrounding, we will be back ! Thanks for everything !
