Μία γοητευτική παραμυθένια βίλα σε ένα ήσυχο και χαλαρωτικό μέρος με πισίνα υπερχείλισης και θέα θάλασσα.
Η Villa Boubouki είναι ιδανική για οικογένειες και γι αυτούς που αγαπούν να βρίσκονται σε ένα ήσυχο και χαλαρωτικό μέρος με ατελείωτη θέα στη θάλασσα. Αυτή η παραμυθένια βίλα έχει έναν όμορφο πολύχρωμο κήπο, όπου οι πεταλούδες έρχονται για να φλερτάρουν με τα λουλούδια. Σε αυτό το όμορφο μέρος, κάπου ανάμεσα στα ελαιόδενδρα είναι κρυμμένο το πολύτιμο πετράδι μας και σας περιμένει να το ανακαλύψετε. Έχει εξαιρετική θέα στη θάλασσα και στα γύρω νησιά Μεγανήσι, Κεφαλονιά και την Ιθάκη, ενώ βρίσκεται μόλις 400 μέτρα από μια όμορφη παραλία με βότσαλα, προσβάσιμη από ένα μικρό, και λίγο απότομο μονοπάτι. Η γοητεία της βίλας και η μαγεία του τόπου είναι το ιδανικό μέρος για να σας ξεκουράσει. Το λεπτό άρωμα του γιασεμιού σας προσκαλεί να χαλαρώσετε και να διαλογιστείτε, οι πολύχρωμες μπουκαμβίλιες παρέχουν μια ιδανική κορνίζα να πλαισιώνει τα καταγάλανα νερά του Ιονίου. Μπορείτε να πάρετε μια δροσιστική βουτιά στα βαθιά γαλαζοπράσινα νερά της πισίνας σας, πριν πάρετε έναν υπνάκο στην αιώρα ακούγοντας τον ήχο των τζιτζικιών.
Εξωτερικός χώρος
Μεγάλη πέτρινη βεράντα με μαγευτική θέα στη θάλασσα και τα γύρω νησιά. Κάτω από την πέργκολα μία αιώρα και ένα μικρό καθιστικό. Γύρω από την πισίνα με υπερχείλιση (8m x 4m) 5 ξαπλώστρες και ένα εξωτερικό ντους ανάμεσα σε φυτά, μπάρμπεκιου με ευρύχωρη τραπεζαρία. Όλα συνθέτουν τις άνετες εξωτερικές εγκαταστάσεις.
Πλυντήριο ρούχων στο δωμάτιο τεχνικών εγκαταστάσεων της πισίνας.

1 σοφίτα με κρεβάτι (80 x 180)
Πρόσβαση
Η βίλα βρίσκεται 2,5 χιλιόμετρα από το χωριό Σύβοτα, Λευκάδας με όμορφη θέα στο Ιόνιο Πέλαγος και τα νησιά της.
Παρακαλώ σημειώστε ότι το τελευταίο χιλιόμετρο πριν φτάσετε στην βίλα δεν είναι ασφαλτοστρωμένο.
Πολύ άνετο σπίτι διακοπών, με βιοκλιματική αντίληψη που εξασφαλίζει την άνετη διαβίωση καλοκαίρι αλλά και χειμώνα επιπλωμένο με πολλή γοητεία.

The house is beautiful and equipped with everything important. The outdoor area is magnificent and the view is a dream.

Enjoy the little (almost) private beach & Sivota which is a lovely village/harbour with a small number of excellent restaurants and shops.
Car is pretty essential. Just be aware of the gravel/rocky road leading to the villa when choosing which car to hire.

The only slight negative is the road leading to the villa. It’s a rocky gravel track which our hire car (a Corsa) had to be driven very slowly over for fear of damaging it. Barbara did mention that there are plans to tarmac the road before summer 2023.
Would definitely recommend.

Tout est tres propre de la maison à la piscine
La vue des différentes pieces et de la piscine est magnifique
La maison etant au bout d’une route non goudronnée, cela ne ravit pas forcement les pneus mais renforce le sentiment de paix et de plaisir pour les occupants !
On a bien aime la petite crique paradisiaque à 10 minutes et le port de syvota 40 min à pied ou 5 min en voiture

Amazing place with incredible views! The villa is wonderful and comfortable, we felt like home, the moment we entered! The beach hidden under the hill, a beautiful diamond just a few meters away, and the isolation offered by the dirt road gave us the peace we needed. The people who took care of us, all amazing and hospitable! From the reservation to the departure, stood next to us to serve and take care of us! Thank you Anna for everything and Barbara for the warm welcome! Don't hesitate for a minute ... you will love it!

It's fair to say that the track to the villa is challenging for a regular hire car and also the route down to the beach is steep and in places a little rough but well worth the effort.

From the moment we enquired, communication with the Thalasssa team was swift and reassuring. The villa was extremely well-equipped with attention to detail and some lovely unexpected touches. The location is stunning, with breathtaking views of the surrounding islands, the light constantly changing during the day. We especially loved watching sunrise and the tranquility of the early morning .
In these uncertain times especially, these villas, tucked into a secluded corner of Lefkada, provide a peaceful refuge embracing sun and sea.....thankyou.

The view, the house , pool
It’s not about property it’s about area, is full with ants ( a lot ) .

On the villa itself.
Outdoor:
The view is amazing, The pool is very nice. Too many mosquitos.
Indoor:
Very old and needs urgent renew.
2nd floor for the kids was very nice!
The door to the master bedroom needs to be changed.
The door in the shower doesn't close.
There were ants all over the living room.
One of the light didn't work.
The WIFI was perfect!
There is a washing machine near the parking which probably serves few villas for the crew but the water from the washing machine is covering all the parking with soap...WTF.
Very nice welcome gifts (olive oil , etc...)
The way there: need an SUV...
Checkout time was 1030... very disappointing with the claim it needs 4 hours to clean for the next family.
Bottom line:
Nice but overpriced by far.
