Dies ist eine der neuen Villas auf dem Akropsias Hügel. Die Villa Nisi (Nisi bedeutet auf griechisch „Insel“) hat einen herrlichen Blick über das Meer und die Inseln Ithaka und Kefalonia.
Das Haus ist nach Süden ausgerichtet, erfüllt mit Sonnenschein und Licht und durch die tägliche aufkommende Brise gut klimatisiert.
Umgeben von Olivenbäumen bietet die Villa Ruhe und Gelassenheit. Auf der Terrasse können Sie den herrlichen Duft von Lavendel, Lorbeer, Rosmarin, Thymian, Salbei und Oregano genießen.
Die Villa Nisi ist der ideale Platz für Ihren Urlaub. Genießen Sie Ruhe und Entspannung oder auch die diversen Aktivitäten der Insel: Sport, Wandern, Bootstouren u.v.m...
Das Haus bietet Luxus und ist eines der wenigen Häuser mit Zugang für Behinderte in dieser Gegend.
Das Haus wurde nach hohen Sicherheitsstandards und mit großem Respekt für die Umwelt gebaut.

Außenbereich
Der Eingang des Haus befindet sich auf der Terrasse, die Sie über einige Stufen vom Parkplatz aus erreichen. Auf der Terrasse über dem Essplatz und dem Holzkohlegrill bietet eine große Pergola ausreichenden Schatten.
Der behindertengerechte Zugang vom Haus startet direkt am Parkplatz und führt über die Terrasse zum Haus.
Der Pool mit Meerblick lässt keine Wünsche offen. Mit einer Gesamtiefe von 1.10m kann jeder ohne Mühe schwimmen oder sich erfrischen. So verbringt man gerne seine Zeit!
Unter dem Olivenbaum auf der Terrasse gibt es ein gemauertes Sofa – perfekt für Ihren Aperitif am Abend.
Erdgeschoß
Ein großer kombiniertes Ess- und Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher. Dank der großen Fenster haben Sie von jedem Platz aus Meerblick.
Die ebenfalls in diesen Raum integrierte, offene Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
Eine separate Gästetoilette.
Eine Treppe zum Zwischengeschoß von dem man über das Wohnzimmer schauen kann.
Ein Flur führt zu zwei Schlafzimmern, die beide einen herrlichen Blick über das Meer und einige Inseln haben.
Das eine Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten (90 x 200), die bei Bedarf zusammengestellt werden können, eine behindertengerechte, separate Dusche und ein WC.
Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ebenfalls zwei Einzelbetten (90 x 200), die bei Bedarf ebenfalls zusammengestellt werden können, sowie ein offenes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und ein separates WC. Dieses Zimmer hat eine eigene Terrasse.
Zwischengeschoß
Zum Wohnzimmer offen bietet Ihnen das Zwischengeschoß die Möglichkeit in Ruhe zu lesen oder auch ein entspanntes Nickerchen zu halten.
Keller
Ein Haushaltsraum mit Waschmaschine, Vorratsplatz, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett.
Ein Safe steht zu Ihrer Verfügung.
Anfahrt
Die Villa Nisi befindet sich 2,5 km außerhalb von Sivota mit seinen Tavernen und Geschäften. Mit dem Auto brauchen Sie 4 Minuten und zu Fuß 15 Minuten bis nach Sivota.
Wir weisen darauf hin, dass der letzte Kilometer der Strecke zum Haus nicht asphaltiert ist.

But for us the best was the pool area where we spent the most part of the day - there is enough shadow so you really can spend the whole day there.
We hope to come again some day and would definitely recommend the villa for families and friends groups up to 8 people.

We didn't want to leave Lefkada and Sivota anymore. The only thing to keep in mind is the access road which in the last km is devoid of asphalt and you have to pay attention to the crushed stone present.

Ax we have done before we rented a boat for a day to travel around the islands which was fantastic. I would say though we don't mind driving the road/track that it was bad enough this time that we worried we woudn't get our deposit back on the rental cars so wander if attention will need to be given to the road.
The whole process booking arriving and leaving was stress free.
We would certainly recommend Villa Nisi and Villas Thalassa

Villa Nisi is imaculate, the views from the rooms and pool area are simply stunning and the general location is quiet and peaceful.
The final 1km of the road to Villa Nisi (and other villas offered by Villas Thalassa) is unpaved and although generally in reasonable condition there are one or two sections that rattle you around. A gentle stroll to the village takes about 30 minutes each way but if you have mobility issues a car would be recommended as there are a couple of short steep sections.
The WIFI signal in the villa is good which is an added bonus as the area in which the villas are situated had no signal at all last year.
Overall I would highly recommend Villa Nisi and Villas Thalassa.

Die Betreuung von Anna, Katarina, Philippe und Marlies war ungemein sympathisch und völlig unkompliziert.
Die Villa ist hell und grosszügig gestaltet. Sie ist bestens ausgerüstet, es lässt sich sehr gut leben, kochen, schwimmen und schlafen...
Wir wussten es zu schätzen, dass wir im April und Mai Sat-TV und ein gutes Internet hatten und mit den grossen Panoramafenstern das Gefühl quasi draussen zu sitzen! Später sassen wir dann draussen auf der grossen Terrasse unter dem irrsinnigen Sternenhimmel.
Mehr als empfehlen geht ja nicht aber die Villa Nisi ist wirklich super.

The reason why we won’t give the villa 5 stars is the internet. WiFi is promised but we got no more than a mobile wifi with a 10 euro bundle. Definitely something the owner should look at since I was quite disappointed not as advertised and spend a lot of money on bundles.

Missing: some basic groceries in the kitchen for the first day to feel more welcome.. I assume most of the visitors come after a nice journey so can be nice to have for ex. Fruits, Milk, Espresso capsules, 2 beers and/or similar

We had a great time in villa Lefki, The good thing about the house is that the pictures on the internet really tell you what the house looks like. It is a great house , very nice furnished and with a stunning view. The village Sivota is nice for breakfast and dinner. I would book the house again. Service from Jerome and Anna is great.

Anna and Tasos were extremely helpful when we had a few queries during our stay and Anna always responded immediately to any emails before our trip.
